SOCIF Smart Gate Control System
The SOCIF Smart Gate Control System integrates car park barriers and pedestrian gates into a single access-control and event-management platform. Vehicles can enter using license plate recognition, monthly passes, reservation QR codes, or fleet whitelists. Pedestrians can pass through using employee or resident cards, NFC, visitor codes, or temporary passes.
Car Park Barriers (Core Functions)
180-Degree Anti-Collision Swing-Away Arm
-
The barrier uses a 180-degree swing-away arm. If struck or forced by a vehicle, the arm swings safely to absorb the impact, reducing the risk of breakage, equipment damage.
-
Ground sensors, radar, or vision detection can identify vehicles or pedestrians beneath the arm to prevent accidental lowering.
Visitor Reservations and Temporary Access
-
Visitors can pre-register their car or motorcycle license plate and access period. Access expires automatically when the period ends.
-
Visitors without reservations can receive a time-limited access code on-site.
Automatic License Plate Recognition Barrier Control, Including Motorcycles
-
Cameras capture license plates at entrances and exits and compare them with monthly-pass, resident, employee, fleet, and reservation lists. The barrier opens automatically when a match is found.
-
It supports both motorcycle-only and mixed-use lanes without requiring a separate whitelist.
Pedestrian Gates (Core Functions)
Multiple Pedestrian Credentials
-
Supports resident and employee cards, NFC, QR codes, temporary passes, and Easy Go.
-
Access permissions can be set by gate group, floor or area, and time period.
-
Visitors and contractors can be assigned separate permissions.
Pedestrian Flow Counting
-
Counts entries, exits, and net pedestrian flow at each gate.
-
Cross-checks flow data with credential records to monitor occupancy in lobbies, clubhouses, and estates.
